Will my memories be safe with you?
Absolutely. We have been in business since 1997. In that time we have transferred thousands of tapes and hundreds of thousands of film footage. We have never lost, damaged or misplaced a tape in our entire heritage. We pride ourselves on our perfect record and will treat your memories as if they were our own for as long as they are in our possession.
Do you offer PAL to NTSC conversion?
Yes. We can convert your PAL VHS tapes to NTSC DVDs. We also can convert your PAL DVDs to NTSC DVDs. If you have another PAL format, we may be able to do it, if you have the original device it was recorded/played in.
Do you offer bulk order discount?

We put whatever your tapes say onto your new DVDs. If you want specific titles we can do that for you, just let us know what you want them to say. Also all our discs are labeled with a professional, state of the art disc printer. No sticky labels here! (those are bad for your players anyways)

Yes. Our DVDs play in everything. Make sure you have the correct hardware and software to play on your PC and MAC.
Can you help me make a highlights video of the scenes I want to keep?

Yes. We do not put anything on the DVD that would prevent you from editing it, whether you have the time, hardware, software, skill and patience to edit the DVD is completely in your court.
Can you transfer commercial videotapes like Disney movies to DVD?
No. Commercial movies that have copyright protection (software that prevents duplication) cannot be copied. If you have a commercial tape without this protection, we can legally make you a single backup copy. This is a confusing topic, so feel free to call with any questions. Bottom line is we cannot do Disney Movies, as they all have protection.
The audio on my tape sounds distorted and scratchy, is there anyway for you to make it sound better?
Maybe. For a fee we can bring your tape onto our computer and take out distortion in the audio. We can only fix steady audio issues such as tripping or static. We CANNOT however bring voices or songs back that have faded, as we cannot recreate their voices.
My videotape does not play very well, is there anything you can do to improve the quality?
No. There is not a lot we can do to improve the quality of your videotape. Sometimes if an image is very dark we can edit it on our computer suite and lighten it a little bit, but more times than not it does not merit the extra costs involved.
I need my tapes converted right away, is there anyway to expedite my transfer?
Yes. We can expedite your order for a fee, and in some cases, such as single tape orders, can even have it done later that same day!
My tape is broken, can you fix it?
Yes. We can repair broken tapes. The fee is $10/repair for simple repairs. Simple repairs include the tape breaking from the hub or crinkled tape that needs to be straightened and put back into the tape shell. More time intensive repairs can be done, however they are more expensive as they require more time and expertise. Sticky tape syndrome repairs start at $35/tape and go up. Some places charge hundreds of dollars for these repairs and while you may pay more than $35 we will always give you the best repair for the best price anywhere. If you have a tape that you are unsure of the level of damage, bring it in and we will be happy to give you a no obligation quote.
How long does it usually take for you to transfer my videotapes or films?
Typically we process tape orders (VHS, VHS-C, 8mm & MiniDV) in 3 week or less and film orders (8mm Films & 16mm Films) in 3 weeks or less. During the Holiday Season we are very busy and may need to extend that time table, however we will let you know when to expect your order when you drop off or call us. 72 turnaround is available for a rush fee of $30.

Absolutely. We have many customers that ship to us instead of driving to our location, however we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the shipping process. We recommend only shipping with a tracking number.
I would like to put a custom picture on the disc and/or cover of my DVD, can you do that?
Yes. For a fee we can make a custom cover and disc, to personalize your new DVD!
Do you rent equipment that I can view my films/videos with?
Not at this time.
Some of my tapes have things that I would rather not have on the DVD, is there anyway for you to edit my DVD to leave that off?
If there is a section at the beginning or the end, such as TV shows that you do not wish to have on your DVD, we can remove that for no additional charge. However if you need something removed from the middle of the tape, we have to remove that material after the transfer process. That typically is billed by the hour of editing it takes us to complete, but averages around $25/tape.
